Gratitude as a philosophy of life is a wonderful practice. Remembering to see the thread of gratefulness throughout my day helps me stay aligned with wholeness, rather than separateness. I love using vintage objects, for their well worn feel and untold stories. It’s a beautiful way to honor the richness of castoffs.

My meditative, whimsical assemble style art has evolved over many years of focused inner study. As well as walking in the world as if it is a treasure hunt. The art of placement, making sense out of seemingly unrelated items is like a game or a puzzle. May you recognize the grace and beauty ever present in ordinary life
